The state of New Jersey requires that "New or
existing radiation oncology facilities shall be
fully accredited by the ACR or the ACRO within
three years of the effective date of these
rules and maintained
thereafter."

Jersey Department of Health and Senior
Services Standards for Licensure of Ambulatory
Care Facilities.
Supposedly the states of NY and AL have the
